{"id":240,"date":"2018-01-04T09:35:59","date_gmt":"2018-01-04T08:35:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.masseriasinfarosa.it\/?page_id=240"},"modified":"2025-05-23T10:59:57","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T08:59:57","slug":"terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.masseriasinfarosa.it\/en\/terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"TERMS &#038; CONDITIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h1>Policies of La Suite Boutique Hotel<\/h1>\n<h2>Booking Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Our prices are per room and per day, and include breakfast, wi-fi, swimming pool, service and taxes.<br \/>\nPricing may change due to the occupancy rate.<\/p>\n<p>For the weekends and national holidays in April, May, June, July, August, September, December and January we will apply a supplement of 30 EURO and we might require a minimum stay.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to add an additional single bed in some of the rooms for<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Euro 40,00 per night from November to March.<\/li>\n<li>Euro 50,00 per night in April, May, June and September<\/li>\n<li>Euro 70,00 per night in July and August<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is possible to add a cradle for EURO 15,00 per night<br \/>\nChildren up to 3 years old do not pay, if they use parents\u2019 bed.<br \/>\nAt booking, it is required a deposit of 40% of the total stay, other restrictions may be applied without notice.<br \/>\nWe might verify the validity of the credit card.<\/p>\n<p>CIN: IT063061A1FK3CYHN8<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<p>If the reservation is cancelled 40 days, before the arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed<br \/>\nIf the reservation is cancelled between 40 to 31 days before the arrival, we will charge 1 night only<br \/>\nIf the reservation is cancelled between 31 to 10 days before the arrival, we will charge 50% of the total stay<br \/>\nIf the reservation is cancelled 10 days before the arrival, we will charge the entire amount of the stay<\/p>\n<h3>Check-in and Check-out Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Check in is after 15:00<br \/>\nCheck out is by 10:30<\/p>\n<p>We ask that guests contact the hotel regarding early arrivals and late departures. If the hotel is unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be securely stored at the hotel for a fee.<br \/>\nFor security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.<br \/>\nA hold of EURO 200,00 per day might be placed on your credit card to cover incidentals.<\/p>\n<h3>Reception service<\/h3>\n<p>The reception has\u00a0 reduced working hours and it is available from 9:15 to 21:00. It can be reached at +39 342 1479935 for emergencies after the working hours.<\/p>\n<h3>Pet Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Small dogs (below 9 kg) are welcome at a one-time charge of EURO 200,00. For all other types of pets, please contact the hotel prior to your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate you. For any room damages, additional fees may be charged at the conclusion of your stay.<\/p>\n<h3>Smoking Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Our hotel is a smoke free environment.
